CANCELLATION POLICY

Since we limit our class size to 12 students (smaller classes during Covid pandemic) for personalized instruction, we ask that you please cancel as soon as you can prior to your scheduled class. Otherwise, waitlisted students will not get the opportunity to participate in the class that they wanted.

A fee of $17 will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations that are done less than 12 hours before your scheduled class.

If you sign up on the waitlist for a class and a spot opens, you will receive an email notifying you that you have been added to that class.

If you are no longer available to accept the spot in class, you must remove yourself from the class or call the studio at 203-491-2160 to cancel or you’ll be charged the $17 cancellation fee.
